3. Processing Purposes and Legal Basis

3.1 Service delivery of the MAI By Dev770Shop app (contract performance — GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
3.2 Improvement and development of the MAI By Dev770Shop app (legitimate interest — Art. 6(1)(f)).
3.3 Marketing (consent — Art. 6(1)(a), revocable anytime).

4. Third-Party Sharing

The MAI By Dev770Shop app does NOT sell personal data. Sharing occurs only with:

Infrastructure providers: Hetzner (Germany hosting), SendGrid (email), Tranzila (payments).
Social networks you manually connect via the MAI By Dev770Shop app (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram).
Where required by law or court order.

All sub-processors are subject to valid DPA agreements.

5. TikTok Data — Special Controls

The MAI By Dev770Shop app is registered with TikTok as a Direct Posting third-party integration and uses TikTok Login Kit, User Info, and Content Posting API to upload and publish content to the authorized user's TikTok profile.

5.1 Collection: the MAI By Dev770Shop app receives TikTok data exclusively via TikTok's signed OAuth flow.
5.2 Use: to publish posts you scheduled in the MAI By Dev770Shop app and to display analytics in the dashboard.
5.3 Retention: TikTok data is kept while the connection is active. Upon disconnect — deleted within 30 days.
5.4 Immediate deletion: request via the MAI By Dev770Shop dashboard or privacy@dev770.com.
5.5 Disconnect: detach your TikTok account anytime via TikTok Settings → Manage app permissions, or from the MAI By Dev770Shop platform.

6. Data Security

Encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256).
PCI-DSS Level 1 for payments.
Daily encrypted backups.
Role-based access control (RBAC) within the MAI By Dev770Shop platform.
Periodic security audits.

7. Data Retention

Active MAI By Dev770Shop account data: while the account is active.
TikTok / social data: 30 days after disconnect.
Invoices and legal documents: 7 years (legal obligation).
Operational logs: 90 days.

8. Your Rights (GDPR / Israeli Privacy Law)

Right of access: receive a copy of all your MAI By Dev770Shop data.
Right to rectification, erasure, objection, data portability, restriction.

9. Cookies
